We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right next to the ski lift was perfect for us. It made it so convenient to hit the slopes right away. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the brand new spa. We were blown away by its quality. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with ski lifts and ski runs just a short distance away. It was incredibly convenient, especially for a weekend ski trip. Special mention to Amadeus, Isabella, Nathalie, and Tania for their exceptional service.- The food at the hotel was outstanding. They offered a wide variety of dishes, from traditional to creative and even oriental cuisine. It was a delight to have such delicious meals throughout our stay.

The only downside we experienced was the noise we could hear from the street, especially late at night when people were partying. It made it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully, and opening the window wasn't a great solution.

This made it extremely convenient for both skiing during the day and exploring the town in the evenings. The staff at this place were amazing - they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the laundry service. The hotel also had a ski pass vendor on-site, which made it convenient for me to purchase my passes without any hassle. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and a cozy sitting area. I also enjoyed the terrace outside my room, where I could relax and take in the breathtaking views. The hotel had a beautiful spa and wellness center, where I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The spa area had a relaxing ambiance, complete with a steam room and Turkish bath. The free Wi-Fi and free parking were additional perks that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to the ski lift. This is incredibly convenient for families with children, as you can easily walk to the ski lift without any hassle. Plus, being so close to the ski runs means that you can ski right back to the hotel door at the end of the day. the rooms are large, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes.

The breakfast service needs improvement, as some guests complained about being turned away before the scheduled opening time.

Great location near ski-lifts and plenty of restaurants and bars close-by. the spa was amazing! Brand new and incredibly relaxing. the staff was friendly and accommodating with all of our needs.

The room we stayed in was incredibly hot at night. We weren't able to turn down the heat, and opening the window made it hard to sleep due to the noise from the crowded street outside.
